Privacy Policy

What personal data do we store?
Name, phone number, address and email are the only information we save for private individuals. If the booking from the guest has come in via the company the person works at, the company name is also saved and in most cases also the address of the company that is also linked to the person.

In some cases, we purchase address records from other companies such as Dun & Bradstreet to reach a wider customer base. These addresses are exclusively for people at companies who have in turn agreed to their addresses being used for that purpose. We always make sure that our address register providers comply with the new GDPR rules.

As long as the guest remains in our records, previous bookings also remain and are linked to the guest. By law, we must retain this information to be able to report what and to whom we have sold a product. Funäs Ski Lodge - Funäs Resort AB does not keep any statistics linked to guests or similar.

Why do we keep the data?
The reason we receive the data is that the persons have been or will be our guests and we need the data to keep in touch with our guests.

After the guest has visited us, we keep their data to give them the opportunity to receive offers and/or information from us that we think may be in their interest to receive.

We do not collect any further information from our guests and the purpose of keeping the data is only to keep in touch with them and share our offers with them.

We also do not share the data with any third party.

Guest rights
The guest has the right to request the deletion of their data, to correct any information and also to receive an extract from us of their data contained in our register. Our mailings also always include the option to unsubscribe. However, unsubscribing from our mailings does not mean that we delete the data. If the guest/customer wishes to request that their data be deleted, this must be done in person either by email or telephone to us.
